In 2013, a dream took off when I co-founded the first Romanian alternative training school dedicated to the recruitment and training interview of aspiring flight attendants. Over the past ten years, the school has helped train thousands of ambitious people, preparing them for a career in the sky with various client airlines. The success is reflected in the fact that more than 80% of our course participants have secured positions with major airlines after successful interviews.

However, the year 2020 has been marked by unprecedented challenges due to the pandemic, resulting in a period of careful reflection and reassessment. This particular year has been one of profound rethinking for me, leading me to contemplate how I could offer quality content to my students without the need for travel, while still allowing them to remain at home and enjoy a quality and highly affordable learning experience.
